How to get started
Describe the task in your own words: what the product is, what problem you have, whether there are deadlines and a budget. A finished specification isn't required — and if you have one, we still start by reviewing it. On the first call we clarify the details, then send an estimate of stages and timelines.
For large systems the first stage is a paid audit: we review the architecture, separate real needs from requirements that ended up in the document out of inertia, and put together a work plan. Our blog explains in detail why we work this way.
Working hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 Astana time (UTC+5). Messages that arrive at the weekend are read on the next business day. We run projects in Russian and English.

About the company
SilkRoadTech LLP is an engineering company based in Astana. We build websites and software, integrate AI and analytics, and automate business processes. The team consists of engineers, analysts and product people; part of the team also develops our own product, ContentFlow, so we understand the cost not only of code but of deciding what is worth building in the first place.
